It's SHINee Style! We are idol for two years

Idol group SHINee publish their new album in 5 months entitled "2009 Year of Us" and come back to live show stage with title song "Ring Ding Dong". 

25 May, 2009 is two years anniversary of SHINee as an idol group. During the two year SHINee becoming popular in Korea as pop group many new groups appear in the music market as well. Especially new boys group like BEAST and MBLAQ become more and more competitive to SHINee because they are all similar idol groups. 

"I think I can handle my work more than before, I mean as a member of a singing group," said Tae-min. Another member Jong-hyun said "We haven't get many opportunities to meet other singers who come to business show later than us. So it's still a little bit awkward to hear other singers called elder singer. But we are close to f(x) who is in the same management company with us." 

Member Key said "We are still new in the music industry and still learning from other elder singers." Obviously SHINee members are not ready for the position to be model for younger singers.

Compare to SHINee's former productions such as "Beautiful Sister" and "Love Like Oxygen" releasing romantic emotion from young boy, their new song "Ring Ding Dong" is really mature in the lyrics. "I'm falling in love with you!" "I'm crazy about you" and "I need you" are all part of their grown up image. 

Leader Won-yoo said "We think it's better to show our new image to the public. Although we are not perfect we still try our best." 

"I think we have grown up so much on the music style we perform," said Jong-hyun "Now we can say that this is SHINee style. "Ring Ding Dong" is SHINee Style!" 

To define "SHINee Style" different members give out their own unique opinions. 

Key: "Unique fashion style, rule breaking clothes are all SHINee style. Also the confident to stand out for your own designed style." 

The idea for SHINee's new style comes from classical movies including "District 9". The design for 5 members shows different fashion style under one concept, rule breaking. 

"I don't care if someone says my style is not good. The image of the whole team in important," said Key. 

Answering the question that where do they want to go for travel right now Key said New York, France and Bali while Tae-min wants to go Everest in China. Won-yoo said he wants to go somewhere with natural view where he can go hunting. Jong-hyun said he loves Korea and he just wants to stay at home. 

Members can't give out one definition for SHINee style in short time. But there are definitely more things they want to do and like to do in the future comparing to things they hate and dislike. That's may be part of SHINee style.
