TOP from idol group Bigbang is going to perform in drama "Iris" which he refers as "learning process to become an actor."
TOP participated in the show case for drama "Iris" held in Seoul Cheong Kae Square on the 31 August. During the show case he expressed his feeling about challenging himself as an actor in this drama.
This is TOP's second actor experience after his first SBS drama production. He will show his high level action acting skill in this production. "This is my first time to perform in a action drama. I am learning and practicing action acting very hard so I hope the audience will accept my action acting in drama 'Iris'," said TOP.
Talking about the difference between being a singer and an actor TOP says "I am a new comer for the acting field. It's so difficult for me and I'm still learning how to be an actor. There is nothing easy."
Also Bigbang members all know that drama "Iris" is a great production that they encourage TOP a lot during his filming. They also expect TOP to show his best acting in the drama.
With other leading actors including Lee Byeong-heon, Kim Tae-hee, Jeong Joon-ho, Kim So-yeon, Kim Seung-woo and TOP, drama "Iris" will air the first episode after drama "My Fair Lady" on KBS 2TV, October.
